Stockton Land Co. is a family-operated acquisition company purchasing vacant and undeveloped land throughout the United States.
We work directly with property owners and purchase land for our own account. Our role is not to list property or represent a seller as a broker. We evaluate properties individually, make offers where there is a fit and work through established closing channels to complete acquisitions.
Our acquisition decisions consider the property itself as well as access, location, market activity, physical characteristics and potential uses. This allows us to evaluate everything from individual parcels to larger undeveloped tracts across different markets.
