These terms govern use of stocktonlandco.com (the “Site”), operated by Stockton Land Co LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Stockton Land Co LLC is a Texas limited liability company, family-operated in Dallas. We acquire vacant and undeveloped land nationwide as the buyer. We are not a licensed real estate broker and this Site is not a listing service.

2. Intellectual property

Text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other content on the Site belong to Stockton Land Co LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse the Site for a competing land-buying operation without written permission.

3. Use of the Site

• Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems.
• Do not disrupt the Site or the networks that host it.
• Do not upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing.
• Do not use the Site to send unsolicited bulk messages.

4. Inquiries

An inquiry through the Site is not an offer, a listing, or a commitment to buy. We may review a tract, make a purchase offer, or decline. We do not take a listing fee from you.

5. Communications

If you contact us by form, email, telephone, or text about a parcel, we may reply about that inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number, SMS opt-in data, or contact information with third parties for their marketing. To stop text messages from us, reply STOP. We stop. We do not send a confirmation text. Reply HELP only if you need a person; otherwise use the Contact page.

Message and data rates may apply if you use a mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This is not a recurring marketing program and not a franchise network.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Stockton Land Co LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, including lost data or lost profits, to the fullest extent Texas law allows.

8. Indemnification

You agree to hold Stockton Land Co LLC harmless from claims or damages arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies in Texas state courts.
