Our acquisition focus is vacant and undeveloped land rather than improved residential property.
How we look at a property
Each file is reviewed on its own. We look at the land itself, how it is reached, what is around it, and how similar property trades in that market. The point is to understand the tract well enough to decide whether it fits our acquisition criteria, and to say so clearly.
