You deal with Stockton Land Co from the first note through closing. We are not listing the land, and you are not hiring us as an agent.
Tell us about the property
Send the location or parcel information and a few basic details.
We review the land
We evaluate the property, the local market, and relevant characteristics.
Receive an offer
If the property fits our criteria, we provide a direct purchase offer for your consideration.
Close through title
If we reach an agreement, the transaction moves through a title company.
Title and closing
Transactions are completed through title and escrow. You see the closing statement before you sign. Standard buyer closing costs are ours. Taxes, assessments and recorded liens are addressed on that statement. Timing follows title.
