Our team evaluates the property, local market and relevant property characteristics.

Receive an offer
If the property fits our acquisition criteria, we provide a direct purchase offer for your consideration.

Close the transaction
If we reach an agreement, the transaction moves through the appropriate title and closing process.
Title and closing
Transactions are completed through title and escrow. You see the closing statement before you sign. Standard buyer closing costs are ours. Taxes, assessments and recorded liens are addressed on that statement. Timing follows title.
